The Robert Bosch GmbH vs. Zhejiang Sensen Auto Parts Co. Ltd domain dispute has brought hope to many world famous corporations that are harassed by cybersquatters. Robert Bosch’s Triumph in the case has declared to the public that the cybersquatters preemptively registering others’ well-known trademarks as domain names are destined to defeat. Mr. Futang Dai and Mr. Robert Li from Unitalen represented Robert Bosch to bring Zhejiang Sensen Auto Parts Co.
